For Therapy

Your commitment to therapy and improvement to your overall well-being is an investment. Your comfort and care is our priority. Therapy sessions on average are 55 minutes per session.

At Harmonie Within Health & Wellness, LLC, the cost of a behavioral health evaluation is $150 and sessions thereafter are $130. If you are do not have insurance, Harmonie Within will provide you with a reduced fee for service flat rate.

Harmonie Within Health & Wellness, LLC is currently paneled with Medicaid (Husky), Anthem, UnitedHealthCare/Optum Health, & Medicare. Harmonie Within Health & Wellness is awaiting to be paneled with the following insurance providers: Cigna, and Aetna. Prior to the start of treatment, benefits will be verified through your insurance. A good faith estimate will be provided to you prior to the start of services. For PPO plans, It is encouraged that you contact your insurance provider to inquire about out-of-network coverage.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

You have 24 hours to cancel a session. After the 24 hour time frame, a $75 fee will automatically be charged to your card on file for all late cancellations or no-shows.

For LIFE Coaching

You are on your way to becoming the best version of you! Your life coach will be there with you throughout your journey. Coaching sessions on average are 60 minutes. The cost of the initial intake is $130 and each session thereafter is $75. Package deals are also offered based on your individual needs.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

You have 24 hours to cancel a coaching session. A $60 fee will automatically be charged to your credit card on file for any no-show or canceled session after the 24 hour time frame.

Yoga and Meditation

Each class is a flat rate of $14. Monthly class passes are also offered at 12.50 per class.
